We offer a full line of Fitness Class from Yoga to Boot Camp. Below you will find full descriptions of our classes. All Land Fitness Classes (except for Yoga and Spinning are FREE for Members). Visitors may attend our fitness classes by using the pay-per-day plan of $8 or purchasing a Fitness Class Punch Card (5 classes for $35). The punch card may be used on Yoga and Spinning too! Either way you decide to join in the fun, simply stop at the Member Service Center to purchase class or receive a punch for your card. Water Fitness Punch Cards are also available for sale. Punch Cards make great "Healthy" gifts for your friends.

Fitness Classes (except for Yoga and Spinning) are FREE for MEMBERS.

Yoga and Spinning can be purchased by the session or on a pay-per-day bases. Classes are only $3 for Y Members. Please stop by the Member Service Center to register.

  • Children may attend classes as long as they participate in the class.
  • Childwatch is available and is free for Members. Others may purchase a pass at MSC.
  • Duration: Most classes are approx 45 - 60 min
