Meet the Trainers

Dana Randazzo

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Strength and Condition Coach, Professional Member of the National Strength & Conditioning Assoc. (NSCA). Her fitness plans are unique to your goals and emphasize the importance of posture, breathing, overall balance and core strength.  Dana encourages you to be efficient with your use of time and energy, enabling you to have continuous commitment to your fitness goals.  She  brings compassion and motivation to each client and never forgets the importance of fun.

Angela Zumbar

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Condition Coach, Group Cycling Instructor, Sports Conditioning Certified. Angela’s training strategies enhance one’s strength, balance, endurance, and dexterity while keeping the experience exciting and challenging.  Her approach as a trainer has been shaped from 6 disciplined years of Tae Kwon Do and Judo. In addition to this background she leads classes in Group Cycling.

Brandon Hupp

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Condition Coach. “Go hard or go home” experience as an athlete and avid weight lifter allows him to address your objectives, abilities and needs in a safe and motivating environment.  Brandon’s programs are specifically designed to enhance your strength, balance, agility, and power.

Alex Tope

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Condition Coach. Alex really enjoys the challenge of strength training. Alex believes that with hard work, focus, and proper training one can meet the goals they are trying to obtain.   As an overweight teenager, he lost 65 pounds through proper diet and exercise.

Jess Ferris

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Condition Coach. Jess believes an active lifestyle not only benefits us individually, but also affects others with whom we have contact.  Jess draws from her personal experience of fitness to develop fun, effective, and appropriate exercise programs.  When Jess is not assisting our members in Boot Camp she is running, running, running.

Donnie Lautzenheiser

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Condition Coach. Donnie’s philosophy as a trainer has been shaped by his experience as an avid runner as well as the injuries his body has endured in the 500 road races he has completed over the years.  Making fitness and nutrition a top priority in his life has given him more energy, relieved stress, and made him feel younger.

Dean Vonderheide

YMCA of the USA Certified Personal Trainer. Dean’s love of sport and fitness began with playing football, basketball, and baseball at age five.  From then on Dean continued to play sports, lift weights, and became enthralled with helping others to lead a healthy, fit life. Dean has a deep understanding of fitness, and how to customize programs around each individual’s unique situation. His easy smile and laugh will put you at ease while he’s kicking your behind into shape!
